Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item deemed to be faulty, they can be returned for an exchange or refund if returned under strict guidelines.

The process to return items for exchange or refund is

1) CONTACT US - within 48 hours of receiving your product & we will issue you with an AUTHORITY TO RETURN NUMBER - this case number will be applied specifically to your item(s) - goods being returned without an Authorisation Number WILL NOT be processed.  

2)  Items must be in orignal packaging with original tags attached, be unworn or unused and returned within 7 days from date of purchase.  It is highly recommended​ that you return your items using tracked postage as we can not be accountable for goods lost in transit.

3) Exchanges - Please return the items to be exchanged based on the guidelines above. Shipping will be charged at a flat-rate of $5 for exchanged items.

4) Returns - Return the items to be exchanged/refunded. You will be refunded for the items (less delivery cost) once they are received in original condition.

Please note: We do not exchange or refund items for change of mind or from our Sale/Clearance section.  Returns are only accepted in the event of faulty goods.

Damage/Faulty Items

All items are carefully checked prior to sending. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. We can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable.


All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. We reserve the right to change our pricing at our own discretion and at any stage without notice.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes we will sell out of an item, but we do endeavour to restock as soon as possible.  If you see an item out of stock that you are interested in, please contact us and we will inform you when it is due back in stock.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 7 Days of purchase - please retain proof of return by way of receipt of postage or by sending your item via tracked postage 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
When you receive your Authority to return number we will provide full details of where your parcel must be sent for refund/exchange

HOW do customers return items?
Please return all items in original, un-used condition following the guidelines outlined in your Authority to return email.

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping costs for returning faulty items remain the resonsibility of the purchaser - shipping costs may be refunded at the discretion of Blossom & Bee Kids

Packing materials?
Please ensure all items being returned are in their original condition, with packaging intact.  Please return items packaged in the same way that you received them.  Items need to be packed well for transit to ensure no breakage or degradation as a result of transit.
